Monthly, All Docks except F(So), H, I, J & M: $16.00/ft plus Electric

Leases, 6-12 months, Dock H, Boats 26 or less, except lift slips: $175/month + FST 6 ½ %
Pump out available at fuel dock, $15. Occasional Electric Service, 110V
All rentals and leases require a security deposit of $300 for boats under 30ft and $500 for boats 30ft or more. All rentals or Leases of 3 months or more also require prepayment of the last month. All rentals or leases require an insurance certificate for $300,000 general liability & those leases of one month or more must name the Marina as an additional insured party.
*Slip Fee includes: Cable TV, Water, Sewer Pump-Out, Daily Garbage Pickup,
Free Coffee & Newspaper in Ships Store, Wireless Internet, Access to Bathhouse, Pool, Jacuzzi,
& Airport Shuttle Service (as available.)
Telephone service is billed and collected by Verizon. Electricity is metered and billed monthly.
Any annual lease, other than the $199 6-12 month prepaid introductory special,
will be discounted 5% if paid in full in one payment at lease signing.
Live Aboard Slip Fee (in lieu of monthly Slip Fee*) is currently $100.00/month, plus Florida Sales Tax,
on any vessel with an overnight occupant for any 10 days in a month.
Rates are not prorated on early departure. Leases are not transferable.
